General Terms & Acceptance

77t7 is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration, account creation, deposits, wagering, and the use of any feature on 77t7 is prohibited for any individual under the age of 18 years. This restriction is absolute and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction, device, or access method.
By registering an account on 77t7, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and that you will remain eligible throughout the duration of your account activity. 77t7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during any routine compliance review.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

The above processing times are indicative and may be subject to delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system maintenance, or KYC verification holds. 77t7 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. The payment method used for a deposit must belong to the registered account holder.
4.2 Deposit Policy
Deposits are credited to your 77t7 account wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. In the event that a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, players should contact 77t7 support with the transaction reference number and the payment method used. 77t7 will investigate and resolve confirmed missing deposits within a reasonable timeframe.
77t7 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms. Declined deposit amounts will be returned to the original source after any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider are deducted.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. 77t7 will not process withdrawals to accounts, wallets, or cards held in a name other than the registered player name. Before a player's first withdrawal is processed, KYC identity verification must be successfully completed.
Withdrawals are subject to a minimum active wagering requirement: the player must have placed at least one real-money wager using their own deposited funds before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This requirement is in place to prevent the platform from being used as a money-transfer service.

Consecutive daily logins unlock escalating rewards, with seven consecutive days of login qualifying for a premium bonus drop. Daily bonuses are credited in the form of free spins, bonus BDT credit, or live casino chips as specified in the current reward schedule published on the platform. Daily bonus values and structures are subject to change at 77t7's sole discretion with reasonable notice to active players.
5.3 Seasonal & Event Promotions

5.4 Bonus Cancellation

6.3 Palpable Errors
In the event that odds, prizes, or game parameters are published in error — whether due to a human error, a technical fault, or a data feed error — 77t7 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect value and to settle them at the correct odds where those can be determined, or to refund the stake. This right applies regardless of whether the error was identified before or after the relevant bet was confirmed or the event concluded.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
All registered players on 77t7 are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations and prohibitions apply to every player account and every interaction with the 77t7 platform.
7.1 Player Obligations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personal information on your account at all times.
- Protect your account credentials and notify 77t7 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Account Suspension & Closure
77t7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Players may also request voluntary closure of their own accounts at any time by contacting 77t7 support.
8.1 Grounds for Platform-Initiated Closure
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
- Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Account inactivity — accounts that have not recorded a login for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to an administrative maintenance fee as published in the platform's fee schedule.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
- A court order, regulatory direction, or other binding legal requirement.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
Players who wish to close their 77t7 account voluntarily may do so by contacting 77t7 support via the email address listed in the footer of this page. Requests for voluntary closure will be processed within five (5) business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been cleared.
8.3 Self-Exclusion

Real-money balances that are not subject to any active wagering requirement or pending investigation will be returned to the verified payment method on file within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any deductions permitted under applicable law.
